I had the chance to attend a day workshop about forgotten places in Perpignan ( http://cocoate.com/node/11002 ). Architects and landscape architects gave insights in urban planning and 12 local associations presented their projects, ideas of how to turn forgotten places into attractive, friendly, human places again.

There was a big discussion about responsible citizenship and the term "Espaces oubliés" and how does this impact our daily life.
